“But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.” Galatians 4:4-5.
Did God accomplish this ?, is he accomplishing it ?, can he accomplish it ?, will he accomplish it ?, or he can't fully accomplish it ?

"To redeem those under the law"... what does it mean? It's the Law of Compensation... whatever ye reap, so shall ye sow until the last farthing.
How might we "receive adoption to sonship"? By our souls awakening to the Love of God and receiving this Love into our souls brought to us by His Holy Spirit, the Comforter. This is the Law of Divine Love and it is God's highest law that nullifies the Law of Compensation. It has the power to cleanse our souls of sin and error.
What does Jesus say here:
"God is a God of Love, and no man can come to Him unless he receives the Love of the Father in his soul. As men are inclined to sin and error and the violation of God's Laws, they can be redeemed from sin by obtaining this Love; and that can be obtained only through prayer, and faith in the willingness of God to bestow this Love upon whosoever may ask for It. I do not mean that there must be "formal" prayers, or compliance with any church creeds or dogmas."

Did God accomplish this? Yes, indeed.
What do you believe God accomplished in regards to Galatians 4:4-5 ?. He redeemed those under tha law ? or what you seem to be saying "redeemed only those who through prayer, and faith in the willingness of God to bestow this Love upon whosoever may ask for It" ?. I don't see that him redeeming those under the law as anything to do with those asking for in it this portion of scripture.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree."
Here's another wonderful verse of scripture declaring what God has done.
If in these wonderful verses "in the hope that we might be redeemed" was tagged on to them, i would have to acknowledge free will exists, but they aren't. Jesus said it's finished, in otherwords it's accomplished.
You might not believe it,know it understand it and reject it, but it does not nullify what He has done, you are just simply missing out on the wonder of his redeeming love for the moment, and i can't begin to tell you what you are missing out on.

Receiving God's Love into our souls is an option... to become Divine and become at-one with God. This is what Jesus did and this is what he taught. For those who don't seek this Love, then their sins will be purified under the Law of Compensation by God's forgiveness and mercy and, yes, His Love, however they will not receive it in their souls unless they ask for it. They will reach the highest level of purification of their natural love, however, they will not become Divine, as our Father is.

God mercy and forgiveness comes to us through the shedding of blood
In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. Hebrews 9:22
Regarding seeking his love , you said this in a previous post which is not what the scripture says, "no man can come to Him unless he receives the Love of the Father in his soul"
"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day".John 6:44
This is what the scripture says and clearly tells us it's him seeking us and not us seeking him. You see you have put the emphasis of unless on us , when the scripture actually tells us it"Unless the Father".
With the blood of animals. However, even the blood of animals could not help willful sinners.
Numbers 15
[22] And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses,
[23] Even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations;
[24] Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.
[25] And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their ignorance:
[26] And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance.
[27] And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering.
[28] And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
[29] Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.
[30] But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
[31] Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.
Just like Cain, the punishment of willful sinners will be more than they can bear -- even under grace. The blood of Jesus no longer protects them. People better yield to the Lord to get all that rebellion out of them because there are no side doors into heaven. It's a straight and narrow road.
