Indeed, love and forgiveness are vital to our walk with God, but Jesus taught us that it is with love that we strive to keep each other on the narrow path. Allowing someone who is spiritually weaker to become ensared in sin without helping them isn't love, far from it. It's definitely not pride or arrogance.

Jesus taught us that the motive must always be love! We are to judge those within the body of Christ according to the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 18. Those who are outside of the body are blinded by sin and can not understand the ways of God.
For as it is written, 'The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.'

How are you judging who is "within the body of Christ" and who is "outside of the body"?
Why are you changing the subject? Are you just trying to derail the thread so that it gets closed down? We're not talking about having sex, we're talking about gender change surgery. If you want to talk about people having sex, please start another thread about that topic. People are trying to have a sincere discussion here about the original topic.

Do you ask them if they profess Christ as their Lord... or are you talking about the way they act and treat others? I'm not familiar with "christian lingo" so to speak.. so you're going to have to fill me in.

When Paul and Jesus teach us to 'judge those within', they are reffering to those that are disciples, or the 'church body' which just means all those people who have been saved and now partake in fellowship with other believers.
They are the opposite of the unbelievers, who have not yet 'entered the body'.

It's not about confusion or sexuality. These individuals are one gender in their brain, but their bodies do not reflect their gender. Imagine that you woke up tomorrow with a vagina and breasts. Or even just ovaries that you can't see. Would you then feel like you were a woman?
Things do not always work perfectly in nature. Sometimes humans are born with hearing difficulties. Sometimes there is an extra finger. Sometimes there is a congenital heart condition. Sometimes the body's sex does not match the mind's gender. It has nothing to do with who these individuals are sexually attracted to. Some are gay men, lesbian women, straight women, and straight men. It's about wanting the parts of your body to match up with the gender that you know you are in your mind.
