I am just nearly speechless, that you think that hospitality was the issue in the text in Matt. you quoted, and that is what you are using to determine why Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed. Change the sin to...oh, I don't know...plain old murder or something. That's not what matters. What matters is that a) the cities have to be destroyed in a frightening and widespread manner, causing the need for Lot and his family to flee to somewhere remote, and b) Lot's wife has to be removed from the scene so that we end up with Lot and his two daughters isolated from other people, so that c) the daughters will become impregnated by their father--GIVING BIRTH TO THE FOREFATHERS OF THE AMMONITES AND MOABITES.
That these enemies of Israel are descended from two inbred bastards is the whole point of this story. The rest is just how you get there.

The great apostasy has fallen upon our time rapidly and one can witness this just by lurking and reading in this forum what is said to be the Truth of God ! One can read more and more of all the hate and denial of His Holy Scripture . The denial of His crucifixion, resurrection, etc., etc. and especially the denial of sin, !
Yes, we are living in a time that it is coming to the end of the church age and our Lord and Savior is soon to return, amen !
