Dear Finn,

You said everyone is a sinner. You are speaking of yourself. I know you are not speaking about me.

Are you now telling me you do not sin?

Love,
Ronk

Of course you didn't! For goodness sake.....everyone knows that the job of the fundamentalists is to call everyone else sinners and liars.

I've yet to meet a fundamentalist who says, "I'm a liar!" That would be a violation of the Fundamentalist Handbook, Chapter 162: "Tell everyone they are dirty sinners but never call yourself a liar. That might make them doubt they are dirty sinners."

I understand what you mean by it.

It's as plain as ... black & white.

I am a liar, a sinner, saved by the grace of God, through Christ. I fail every day, but His grace abounds. Romans 7-8

A confession!

Here's an idea. Stop lying and you won't be a lying sinner.

If someone has a gospel according to them(insert name), does that not make them a Humanist or what they call Humanism. I can save myself, I make all the rule as I set the standards for morals. All I need is me, myself and I.

It seems people are having a hard time accepting the fact that they are sinners It is the Pharisee mentality....It takes humility to admit it. I am guilty of many sins, but then again, I already said so.

God is still working on me. I have issues. I think I'll go to church Sunday for support and further training in righteousness.

All we can do is do our best Jimmie. It seems we are ridiculed for calling ourselves sinners, while being accused of not admitting we are sinners. What can you do, except say "oh, well....nothing new under the sun".
