Finn told me he cannot go one hour without sinning. I am concerned for him and have said so. I would give him a big hug if we were sitting together. It must be terrible for him. That is my tone. I am sincere in my concern.
If you're a smoker, just quit, right? If you're an alcoholic, just quit drinking. Be an adult!
It's not that easy. An alcoholic is always an alcoholic. A sinner is always a sinner. Hopefully, recovering.
Is smoking a sin? Don't start.
Is drinking a sin? Don't start.
Are you addicted to sinning? If you are addicted to sinning I'd guess you are saying "Sorry, God" multiple times during the day.
Maybe you can get one of those watches that beeps every hour. Most people get them to remind them to take a pill. But you could listen for the Beep! then say, "Sorry, God" and you wouldn't have to try to remember if you apologized to God for sinning every chance you got. That would probably be a good purchase for you.
How do you know what others think or is this just a guess? Quoting bible passages is not wrong. It may make some uncomfortable but bible passages are good if you think the bible is a good book to follow.
So I am assuming that the Quran is "good if you think it is a good book to follow"? Or the Book of Mormon? Or is it only the Bible that is "good if you think the bible is a good book to follow"?
By your post above, we are to assume you think any book is a good book to follow, as long as you think it is a good book to follow.
