One of these days, I'll google this one up, to see if it still operates as such a restaurant/bar. Anyway(where the W Hotel operates today on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago), there used to be a revolving rooftop restaurant/bar on the top floor, back when the W was once a Days Hotel. I still have a very fond memory of ONCE having a Thanksgiving meal there, when I was a teen, and in that building's Days Hotel days. I think I heard from some source(though I'm not 100% positive) that it was a Holiday Inn, before that.
I know another poster mentioned the main upper floor or rooftop restaurants that remain in Chicago, including Signature Room(John Hancock Tower), Sixteen(Trump Tower, though let's remember that it is NOT a rooftop restaurant), Roof(at the Wit Hotel), etc.
