It doesn't hurt to bring in companies to your state. It's not like Texas isn't adding any new businesses as well.

It's not that it doesn't hurt, but think really hard about how many businesses are created a day in a state that has nearly 40 million people? And its not like California doesn't also have businesses and people moving TO California. More people moving to California? - On The Block Some businesses have different priorities over others. Think about this from a logical standpoint: why hasn't TX began to make a dent in the GSP differential between CA and TX? It's gotten $170b larger in the 21st century. Compare that to NYS where in 2000, NYS was larger by $49,924 million and now Texas is $62,745 million larger and growing larger by the day.

You'd be insane to do it every day.

Are you really ready to go on record with this based on your one "drive through San Francisco" when you were 15? Ask yourself this: if no one commutes between San Jose and San Francisco, why are there two major freeways that begin and end between the two citities--one of them is specifically a commuter route that doesn't go through any developed area for most of its run? (280 goes through the hills on the west side to relieve traffic on 101).

As mentioned above, there's also heavy commuter rail between the two in CalTrain--a dedicated line between San Jose and San Francisco, specifically designed for commuting--including express service that only makes a few stops in between.

Where do you get this stuff?
The commutes as they are dubbed was running back in the 1920s when the Southern Pacific Railroad used to operate the line. It wasn't until 1985 that the state "Caltrain" took it over. The commute corridor between San Jose and San Francisco has been established for many many decades

Because Toyota and Siracha are the only companies in Los Angeles, let alone the entire state.

Read over your posts over the past few pages. You'd be amazed how incoherent and silly you sound.
