Nowhere do I make personal commentaries about DC. You care way too much.
So you're saying you like D.C.?

What exactly does liking or disliking any city have to do with this thread? Like I said, you care too much what others think.

Why dont you make sure your next post is on topic, like another stout, boring, dull, nondescript campus- like project in DC?

Im starting to think you resent it when the rest of us start comparing highriss. Feeling left out much?

Oh look, two of the most homerific boosters arguing with each other. If I got a dime for everytime 18Montclair boosted Oakland or MdAllstar talked about how awesome D.C. will be after this or that development, well...I think we know where this is going.

Now let's get back to the developments and projects.

You can only be a homer when you compare your city to another saying it's better. I just talk about D.C., I don't make comparisons to other cities. Shoot, I don't even talk about other cities really other than D.C. How is talking about your city without mentioning any other cities being a homer? Isn't a homer someone that thinks their city is better than other cities? I don't think a homer is someone who really doesn't care or focus on cities other than their own. What is homer about it?

A booster can also be someone who always speaks highly of their own city and defends their city to every negative accusation(wink wink).

I think you're widely known as a huge D.C. boosters on these forums. It's an amazing city, but you can go overboard sometimes.

Well, booster and homer are two different things. I know I boost D.C. on here. I started doing it because so many people had so many negative things to say about D.C. when I first got on here. It was "D.C. is sterile" or "D.C. has no culture" or "D.C. food sucks" or "D.C. is crime ridden" or "D.C. is a government leach" or "D.C. has no talent and everything coming out of the city is from the government and not it citizens innovation" or etc. etc. etc. you get the point.

Someone had to do it. I may be the only poster on this website that defends D.C. Most of the D.C. posters just let the city get slaughtered.
