Toilet bowl? No, it looks more like an expensive smoke alarm detector on a large scale. Just kidding. I do like the glass curtain wall (east elevation) which will give nice eastern views facing the bay. They could convert the near by pier into a Chicago's Navy Pier like theme or Miami's Bayside connecting both within walking distance via the waterfront park. I do see potential.

The first pic looks amazing. Are they planning on changing the team name from the "Golden State Warriors" to the "San Francisco Warriors"?

Some stats for San Francisco:

3 million square ft. of office space under construction
5.1 million square ft. of office space approved
4 million sq. ft. of office space proposed

6,700 housing units under construction
5,000 units scheduled to start construction soon
27,000 more units approved
12,000 more units proposed.

There are currently 10 towers of 300'+ under construction right now (including two at 1,070' and 802'), with three more that recently finished construction, and another 20 or so that are proposed/approved. There are also a couple dozen short high rise projects in the 100'-300' range that are under construction/about to start/or have recently finished, and too many smaller low/midrise infill projects to count. Not to mention the central subway project, and the plan for the new warriors arena. It's the biggest construction boom since the 1970s.
