It is apparent that MDAllstar has convinced himself that the Downtowns of Atlanta, Dallas and Houston are suburban in nature. He won't admit it, but that is the bottom line here.
Nope, just the opposite actually. You and many others believe Tyson's won't be completely leveled and started over from scratch over the next 100 years which is why this is so hard for all of you to believe. You can't see past two feet in front of you so the idea of a place being completely turned inside out becoming an entirely new place is unimaginable for all of you. It's why none of you should ever become inventors. The lack of imagination and creativity will really hamper anything innovative from ever being created.
The problem isn't Atlanta, Houston, or Dallas. The problem is your infatuation with what Tyson's looks like today. Please don't ever go into home flipping and interior design. The house is going to look the same as when you got it with your vision.
An object that's self powered and can move without a horse? Impossible!
Signed people who lived during the last 100 years!
All of those things with the exception of the moon landing happened more than 100 years ago. So anyone who said that was ignorant of what already exists. Nice try, though.
I believe a lot of tysons corner will be redeveloped, but you're crazy if you think they're going to bomb the whole thing out and start from scratch.

It became a cartoon! Just like Roger Rabbit!! I gotta admit it....I didn't see that coming.
Joking aside, maybe a good example might include Cabrini Green in Chicago: once a dilapidated public housing project, now a brand-new market-rate community. As somebody whose spent some time in CG, I find the transition remarkable!

At the end of the day, 100 years is a very long time and anything is possible:
What once was no longer exists. Never forget, 100 years is a long time.
