Do you think Jay-Z bringing the "Made in America" show to Philly three years in a row was a fluke? Obviously not.

I know this is just speculation and nothing definite, still interesting and adds to the old adage "if you build it, they shall come."
Haha yeah-I saw this on FB but didn't know if it was a real article.

Jay-Z has been supporting Philly for a long time now.

It's a beautiful city beyond the monuments and National Mall which is most everyone's take on what the rest of it is like. It's very Parisian in style with it's wider streets/avenues and human scale architecture versus highrise construction which makes it very walk-friendly. It's also quite possibly the greenest major city with tons of trees/parks and gardens. Neighborhoods like Cleveland Park, Woodley Park, DuPont Circle, Logan Circle, Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Kalorama, American University Park and Chevy Chase have stunning well-preserved examples of Beaux Arts, Colonial, Tudor, Victorian and Neo-Classical architecture.

I wouldn't necessarily say by far but it has lots of cranes in the sky and most of that is in the loop, especially downtown, and in the galleria. The only other area outside these two areas is up there in the Woodlands.
