Me too.

I expect nothing less than the best from my favorite skyline.

For NoMa

Goodman envisions a future where 15,000-20,000 people live in NoMa and tens of thousands of people work and visit. “I think it’s going to be one of the densest residential neighborhoods in the city … the country probably,” he added.

The densest parts of D.C. proper have begun to shift east as high-rises cover the eastern half of the city on every piece of land possible. With the Union Market neighborhood to the north, Northwest One and Mt. Vernon Triangle neighborhoods to the west, H Street/Atlas District to the south, Trinidad and Ivy City to the east, this area of the city will have a population over 200,000 at full build out and be way denser at full build out than the older central core of D.C. including the neighborhoods of Columbia Heights, 14th and U/Mid City, Adams Morgan, Logan Circle, Shaw and Dupont Circle.

Another part of the city to watch is the SW Eco District, SW Wharf, WaterFront Station, Buzzard Point, Capital Riverfront section of the city which has the same potential as the NOMA/Union Market/Northwest One/Mt. Vernon Triangle/H Street/Atlas District/Trinidad/Ivy City section of the city. All these neighborhoods will probably have census tracts over 80,000 people per square mile at full build-out.

Haha oh since you dont care, why even comment? How bizarre.

Like I said, its design is very nice, albeit bulky imo, but its only height advantage over not only Salesforce tower in SF but also LAs own USBank tower is it's spire, which is very funny.

Cabrini Green and redevelopment will be interesting, especially with the past and fame of the place.

Hope for great things from this development. Will keep my eyes on this one

"The District has an expansive vision for the 183-acre St. Elizabeths East, one that would eventually bring 1,300 residential units, 1.8 million square feet of office, 206,000 square feet of retail and at least two hotels to the sprawling Congress Heights campus."

They're buildings on the existing St. Elizabeth's campus. The new buildings are around the edge (peach/orange color).
