I'd pick Madison. It's not as snowy, and I think Wisconsin would be a better cultural fit for me in general.

Northfield, Minnesota or Arkadelphia, Arkansas?

Northfield has better schools and isn't as far away from a large city.

Johnston, Iowa or Dublin, Ohio?

Dublin... larger suburb in a larger metro and has a very nice walkable downtown area.

Qunicy, IL or Findlay, OH?

Findlay. I've been there, it is actually a pretty nice small city. Sorry IL, but if you're not Chicago or Chicagoland I'm not interested.

Columbus IN or Florence AL

Florence. The Shoals is a beautiful region, has a much better climate, and I'd rather stay in my home state.

Jackson, Missouri or Opelika, Alabama?

Opelika easily. Larger and not as isolated. Meridian MS or Dothan AL?

New Philadelphia because it's not surrounded by Portsmouth, which isn't any good.

Green Bay, Wisconsin or Duluth, Minnesota?

Green Bay Hands DOWN!

Wisconsin native here. Green Bay is much smaller than Duluth - but warmer and more fun.

Lansing, Michigan or Ames, Iowa?
