BART is coming to San Jose a decade from now.... San Jose is having a population influx so far and building a lot of infill especially around its major rail transit options..... I was talking about 2030 when it's about five years after BART is supposed to appear in downtown San Jose and link to several other rail lines which means further TOD sort of development..... This to me points to a much greater centralization of both jobs and residents in San Jose......
