Kansas City despite Louisville having better scenery. I like Kansas City's architecture and balance. Some new buildings for both would be great.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL or Columbus, OH?
I'm gonna go with Columbus here. Columbus has a few taller buildings and a few more over 300 feet high. Columbus does need more density though. Too many gaps in their skyline.

Des Moines vs Little Rock?
Little Rock. The skykine looks bigger and more filled in.

Ft. Worth, TX or Newark, NJ?
Newark has a nice chunk of Density. Ft. Worth has more height and the buildings look newer/modern, Height vs Density normally density would win out but this time I'll give it to Height and beauty (relative) since Ft.Worth has better architecture and also has a small amount of density
Winner: Ft Worth

Omaha vs Des Moines
Both skylines are very similar in size and density, and both are pleasant to look at. 801 Grand is what will do it for me. First National Bank Tower is also beautiful but Des Moines by a smidgen.

San Antonio, TX or Tulsa, OK
I give San Antonio the edge, because it has more buildings--and more potential. Although San Antonio is not a favorite skyline of mine--to me it looks "messy" with too many antenna towers and the unattractive tower of the Americas.
Tulsa has some really sleek, tall towers for its size, but just needs 5-7 more or so.
El Paso. Both skylines are weak for their overall metro population, but at least El Paso has some semblance of an actual downtown with more high rises and better street level density, as well as having a mountain closer in than Vegas' Mt. Charleston, which is pretty far from downtown. Although its very close, and I'd imagine downtown Vegas has tremendous potential for an Austin-style boom with its downtown.

Green Bay, WI vs. Canton, OH
I'll go with Canton, since I really like the older buildings I see in its skyline pics. Green Bay looks alright, but it has more of a warehouse look with buildings in it's skyline that don't stand out as much to me.

Erie, PA, or Duluth, MN?
Erie, PA. The skyline looks denser and has better architecture. Both are pretty short.
Evansville because it looks more dense. Peoria IL or Evansville IN?
Peoria Il. Better mix of new and old and has more variation. Evansville looks a bit boxy and clunky.
Fort Wayne IN or Shreveport LA
