I'll take Dayton's skyline. Nothing against Toledo, Dayton feels bigger and is further along in its recovery. It's actually a pretty cool city that doesn't get a lot of attention on here.
Dayton OH or Fort Wayne IN?
Dayton for sure. Dayton's is much more dense, and overall more uniform with its skyline. It has a good skyline for its size.
Ft Wayne does not have a lot of skyscrapers, compared to Dayton.
Charlotte, since it's tallest buildings are a little more distinctive and rememberable in my mind. And for the KC vs. Cincinnati one I overlooked one person posting, I'd VERY, very barely pick Cincinnati since I slightly prefer it's blend of old and new buildings, and the Roebling Bridge. I do still like KC's skline a lot, though!

Tampa, or Orlando?
Tampa due to larger buildings and being more linear. It is improving.
Several skylines and a national monument... St. Louis.
KC or Cincy?
St Louis, for its once huge prominence in the US and its size, has a super underwhelming skyline. In my opinion, St Louis downtown has the circular tower that looks very dated, and their tallest has a green roof that makes it look like an out building in a yard, or a tin roof on a house.
The arch does save it and is stunning. Take away the arch though, and Tulsa has a better skyline, imo.
Anyway, for the new choice, I'm going Cincinnati. It is more dense and looks a bit bigger overall.

Charlotte, NC or Austin, TX?
I'm going Charlotte here, by a nose.
Austin is building much faster and could surpass Charlotte within 5 years, but Charlotte's skyline is just overall prettier. I love Charlotte's tallest building. One of my favorite's.

Both are stretched out a lot along a line; I think I like the more variety of uses in Atlanta better, but Miami has so much more and the setting def pushes it ahead for me.
How about New Orleans or Louisville?
