Knoxville, TN or Lexington, KY?
Lexington due to having nicer looking buildings and they are building new high rises. The new City Center project is impressive.

Phoenix, AZ or Kansas City, MO?

KC takes this. KC's skyline is about average-ish for a metro of its size, but PHX is rather underwhelming for a 4M+ metro.

Anchorage, AK or Billings, MT?

Anchorage, AK or Billings, MT?
Anchorage all the way! Anchorage has stunning mountains in the background--more impressive than those behind Billings.

Anchorage has stronger overall density too I think.

Billings is nice, but uneven too, as compared to Anchorage.

Jacksonville, FL or Buffalo, NY?

Buffalo for me is a little more interesting, although Jacksonville has a nice skyline for a smaller city. I think it's because of the classic buildings in Buffalo, I like for its skyline.

Toronto or Seattle?

Seattle is more balanced and distinctive.

Boston, MA or Austin, TX?

Boston by a pretty wide margin. Austin isn’t bad, but Boston is just so much bigger that it’s the clear winner.

San Francisco or Vancouver

Billings, MT for me. More of an overall nice aesthetic. Similar amount of buildings in both though.

San Diego, CA or Portland, OR?

San Diego with the nod. Portland does have the mountain backdrop, but San Diego's overall density clinches it.

Fargo ND or Macon GA?

Fargo ND or Macon GA?
Macon, GA due to more masonry and density.

Spokane, WA or Salt Lake City, UT?
