Which is more like Memphis, New Orleans or Kansas City?
Definitely New Orleans. Both are southern, along the Mississippi, known for a proud musical heritage, have a high African-American population, and have an NBA team. The only big similarity between Memphis and Kansas City is BBQ, but even the BBQ in N.O. is underrated due to a richer palate of cuisine stealing its spotlight.

What's more similar to Baltimore: Charlotte or New York City? (P.S.: After VA, PA, DE, FL, and NJ, the next most common license plates I see here in MD are NY and NC)

Charlotte. Baltimore has a pronounced southern influence to it moreso than NYC's influence and the suburban areas and the outerlying parts of Baltimore proper itself have some North Carolina feel and look to them. There's also a lot of cultural exchange between Maryland and North Carolina in general.

What is more similar to Grand Rapids, MI: Rochester, NY or Buffalo, NY?

I'll say Rochester. Closer in size. Which is more similar to Las Cruces NM; Pueblo CO or Amarillo TX?

Pueblo, CO. They share more similar culture and things to do.

Is Cincinnati, OH more similar to Buffalo, NY or Nashville, TN?

Nashville. Buffalo has a lot of Canadian influence and is considerably colder/snowier in the winter. Cincinnati to Nashville is the east central US equivalent to Baltimore to Charlotte, roughly speaking, with the Mason-Dixon cities having a surprising amount of southerness not unlike the cities further south, but with the more northern pair being pretty stagnant economically and overshadowed by other cities nearby.

Is Chicago more similar to Cleveland or New York City?

New York City definitely. Second City for a reason.

Milwaukee more similar to Cleveland or Omaha?

Cleveland. Both are lake front cities. Is Carson City NV more similar to Olympia WA or Cheyenne WY?

Cheyenne without a doubt. Olympia is a very progressive democrat city. Cheyenne and Carson City not so much.

Cheyenne more alike to Amarillo TX or Wichita KS?

I'm gonna say Wichita. Amarillo has a really sleepy vibe even by Sunbelt standards, as a capital city I'm guessing Cheyenne has more going on. Also, Wichita isn't quite as isolated as Amarillo is; it's within daytrip distance of Kansas City like Cheyenne is with Denver.

Is Berkeley, CA more similar to Jacksonville, FL or Oklahoma City, OK?

Neither really but will give the edge to Jacksonville as it is probably more democratic than OKC.

Jacksonville more similar to Birmingham AL or Charlotte NC?
