Fayetteville, NC. Similar demographics, both more expensive than AR. Young creative class, not much in the way of white collar economies.

Is Huntsville, AL more similar to Fayetteville, AR or Birmingham, AL?

I'd say Fayetteville, Ark. Which is more similar to Rochester, Minn; St. Joseph, MO or Lawrence, KS?

Definitely Lawrence... It's much more on par with Rochester with regards to vibrancy, cultural amenities, and job market than St. Joseph.

Is Sacramento more similar to Portland, OR or Las Vegas, NV?

Cincinnati due to better economy, less crime, more white collar jobs. Both cities are more educated.

Is Toronto more similar to San Francisco or Chicago?

Salt Lake City per ghost who scolded me for choosing Denver the last time. Both are growing midsize cities. Phoenix is the outlier here.

Is Phoenix more similar to San Diego or Houston?
