Montreal has snow flurries and approaching minus 9 below zero degrees right now.
Houston is sunny and approaching seventy degrees; people are out playing right now.
I am glad I am in Houston.
montreal is very overated here believe me... reading the posts about montreal mostly from peoples who never even came here makes me think that this city is the best of the world... it's not, i live here since september & can't wait to move
It easily has the best nightlife in North America. Crescent St. and St. Catherines are SWAMPED with people even at 3:30am on Friday and Saturday nights. I don't just mean a lot of people, I mean super dense crowds of people. The same is the situation on St. Laurent (I think it's called, haven't been there in a long time) on the Eastern side of downtown. There are countless bars and clubs, many of which are open to the street so the vibrancy is not contained only within. Not to mention all the nudey bars downtown, and late-night (sometimes 24hr. restaurants).
are you serious? I have a friend who lived in Tampa & said montreal night life is crap... I lived in london & find montreal night life being crap...
crescent street is small, you see just like 10 peoples on that street at 3am, i think you either never went to montreal or never went to a realy vibrant place
Montreal manufique. Houston is a cesspool in a swamp.
Montreal's and Houston's skylines are different and everyone has an option to choose which one they prefer. The cesspool comment really has no place in this discussion.

Stay in Atlanta!
