Montreal's and Houston's skylines are different and everyone has an option to choose which one they prefer. The cesspool comment really has no place in this discussion.
IMO Houston has a better "overall skyline" and Montreal is not too much but a little better "central business district" "Downtown" "Core" skyline, because to me, I feel it blends out with the rest of the city better.
Montreal should be winning by a landslide. The city is more dense and has more buildings. Plus Montreal is overall just a much better city than Houston.

What does the actual city of Montreal have to do with this thread at all?

since moving to montreal, i realized that montrealers have a superiority feeling, i mean they love to portray their city as the best despite most of them only saw quebec city & cuba..... according to many of them, montreal would even be ahead of new york... i guess you can see that in all montreal vs any city threads

actually they prefer Montreal over NYC in most categories, check it out,
i think i see two skylines there, btw, Montrel's better, just my choice, houston doesnt really have enough buildings
That's funny! Houston has taller buildings. Houston has 1 building over 1,000 ft and 2 buildings over 900 ft.
