Well, um...er... New York *is* the best city ever! But some of the people make my brain want to explode with egotism. Come to think of it, we are so used to egotistical, pretentious people from being raised with so many around, that you become immune to it, and never realize how abnormal it is until you search the internet for forums like this- or visit the midwest.

In your opinion... if bigger means better

I think San Francisco is a much better city.


Jluke is right... it appears that I have to agree with everyone else... NYC has the biggest ego

Sadly, I agree with New York and California. One of my friends (LA native) constantly says "you know I'm from California; well I wouldn't deal with that because you know I'm from California...and it just chaps my hyde. Almost like the general public expected to place you in a special box because you're from there. Obviously you're no longer there or we wouldn’t met, so who really cares. I've experienced a lot of the same from New Yorkers too unfortunately.
Of course that's not to say all of them behave in this manner...
