I wouldn't say same clip considering DFW is still outpacing Houston in growth. Those 20,000-40,000 gaps in growth between the metros tend to add up.

And not from actual growth. Just adding in more counties (which may, or may not happen). I think Philly is more likely to add the counties you named to its CSA than MSA though.

I would say at about the same clip. Houston had begun matching DFW's growth towards the end of last decade. Growing at a higher percentage, too, actually. This year, Houston gained more residents, but DFW was higher because of natural increase.

I think Brookings estimated Houston Growth at 180K not sure though

ESPN is very aware they are in Fort Worth. Mike Moncrief and company made damn sure that "Fort Worth" want be confused with Dallas. We are also hosting "The Taste of the NFL" in downtown Fort Worth also.
