man, you people generalize too much. Ofcourse theres people in new york that wear dreads, maybe not as much as other cities but to say no one? C'mon now. Every city has people that can dress, people that can't dress, people with gold teeth and dreads, people without gold teeth and dreads. Too many stereotypes on this site.

I hate Baltimore. lol.
But I'm talking about on a street level though.
To us, they some bammas.
Dem bammas still rockin big a** shirts and baggy jeans. and they still say "yo" and "B"
them bammas ain't nuffin' but some NY hop ons to us.
Miami's dread scene is more Caribbean influenced rather than Southern influenced like ATL, VA, NC, etc. And I've probably seen 1 or 2 Cubans with fronts, not many at all.
It'll never happen.
There ain't no real beef with DC and Bmore nowadays, but back in the day there was beef over drugs and money. Ever since then we ain't been messin' with each other like that.
Besides, Bmore is more blue collared and DC wis more white collared. Even outside of the hood culture DC and Bmore is very different.

I say DC has it more cause of historical ties and Miami is very much affected by the carribeans to an extent that the culture is somewhat foreign. Although I think Miami has the southern accent more than DC...

I agree some dudes in Miami still have a southern accent, but DC does have more ties to the south while Miami's are more international. Wow DC is running away with this poll, how funny is it that a city thats geographically the most southern city in the continental US is losing in a poll thats asking which city is more southern, lol but it has to do with culture.
