We are building in Seaside and looked in the Hammock at a Kent Home. Both areas are great with quick access to exit and the beach. Also close to Wellness Center. The Hammock seemed to have larger lots and the Kent home we toured was very nice. Can’t go wrong with either area.

Thanks for the feedback! Any sense on what the neighborhood in Seaside like? Is it social? Actually, I guess you don't live there yet, but...just wondering!

This is the very high tech garage floor coating guy, not just epoxy paint and flakes like you get at Home Depot .... I used him on two home I built in St James,the homeowners are very happy, supposed to last a lifetime, very reliable guy .... https://www.capefeargaragecoatings.com/

My wife and I bought property in the woodlands section of St. James Plantation. we are planning on building a house with a 2nd story balcony. We were told that we did not need to screen in the porch. Is this true?
