Hello!
We are considering building with Kent in the Hammock.
Does anyone have an comments about Hammock and/or Seaside?
Thanks!
We are building in Seaside and looked in the Hammock at a Kent Home. Both areas are great with quick access to exit and the beach. Also close to Wellness Center. The Hammock seemed to have larger lots and the Kent home we toured was very nice. Can’t go wrong with either area.

Thanks for the feedback! Any sense on what the neighborhood in Seaside like? Is it social? Actually, I guess you don't live there yet, but...just wondering!

Someone else will have to answer the question. No experience until next Spring.

My wife and I bought property in the woodlands section of St. James Plantation. we are planning on building a house with a 2nd story balcony. We were told that we did not need to screen in the porch. Is this true?

If you don't mind pine pollen and bugs, no need at all.
