Hello everyone! I am a new resident to Fairfield Harbour and a new member on this site! We have been here since March and LOVE it. I have met so many great folks and everyone else seems to love it, too. We hope to join some of the social events soon and get to know you all. Looking forward to it!

Well congratulations. Welcome to the forum and the neighborhood. Perhaps we can all meet for a drink at the new restaurant in a couple of weeks.

Ironic, the booklet was written the year I got married.
Now I'm here hoping to retire at FFH in a few years with my lovely bride.

You need to get yourself a gulf cart to cruise around the development.
While I was there over the weekend a cart with 4 late middle aged women (one hanging off the back) were flying down the street with wine glasses in their hands. I thought they might be the welcoming committee, but alas they drove right by and kept going.

85SL, note the location of the villas on the map on the page 7, on the west shore of the marina. Not at the end of Marina Drive as you have been stating, with the units facing south. I believe these west facing units are the ones where you indicated you just made your purchase, although you will need to confirm this.

Gjjb1953, stated:

"Well frankly I give less then two craps who owns ,runs or leases the establishment as long it has a friendly atmosphere, serves good food and attracts all the friendly folks here from Fairfield Harbour".

Gjjb1953, do I sense an attitude to someone updating you on a factual basis. Get your facts right in the first place and this will solve your problem, not that I agree that there should be a problem in the first place.
