As your wife said, teenagers.
Hope my acne clears up before I come down there for the week of The Fourth of July.

Does FFH or New Bern host a 4th celebration?

85SL, just two notes after reading your multiple postings. First, the launch ramp is public, as there is no restrictions on it's use. Also, the POA last fall was trying to get some state funding for repairs acknowledging public use. Second, you just continue to accept what real estate agents tell you, unquestioned. They may be correct, but sighting a real estate agent at a closing as a reliable source for anything, come on.

Forgot about the 4th question. Yes, New Bern has a fireworks show, and to the best of my knowledge FFH did in the past but has not had a show for the past couple of years.

Gjjb1953, just an update on the new restaurant opening. The owner of the property did consider opening his own business, but did not. The business soon to open is a lease to a family of four who will operate their restaurant.

Thanks for the info. It'll be a nice way to end the last day of my trip down this go around.

I wonder if the fireworks are visible from the outdoor seating at Persimmons Restaurant.

I wish them great success. It will be a challenging undertaking. Not an easy business to run.

Well frankly I give less then two craps who owns ,runs or leases the establishment as long it has a friendly atmosphere, serves good food and attracts all the friendly folks here from Fairfield Harbour.
