More Snow coming Sunday night.

Latest NAM says the snow stays south of Pittsburgh and NYC?! Not something you hear this late in the season. Usually it misses to the NORTH. New England should be getting this.

Sunday Evening to Monday Afternoon Loop

GFS however says its north more. See it? Meteos and myself says NAM is wrong and it will be north more like this.

Either way.. AGAIN?!!

BTW -- 6-12" in Minnesota tonight

New Euro is little more juicier. Here we friggin go. . I just wanna see ZEROS!! Under the precip column that is, not temps.

Issue is timing. Euro slows it down a little, that means snow to rain scenario. Snow starts early Monday morning and changes to rain during the day.

Has 0.11" for BDL all snow. 0.17" x 10 = 1" of snow.

Has 0.23" for Danbury but temps rise to 40° during the precip. Might be falling too light to stay all snow?

Has 0.29" for Bridgeport and temps stay in 30s whole time. 2-3" snow.

Has 0.38" qpf for Islip and temps stay in the 30s all day.

NWS has just added snow to their forecasts. They are still showing 0 on their "expected" amounts, but here's their (for now) 10% chance highest amounts:

So if on paper it shows I got less than 1/4" of rain in 7 days but 5 of the 7 days it was drizzling, misting, and cloudy, you would never know that. Just saying. Just thinking. Just annoyed!!

Closings I doubt but depending on timing and how well it sticks to back roads I could see delays as you dont have to make them up and it covers their butt, etc.

Ironically most NY districts are closed for the.week. Most FFC dostricts close the week after but were closed yesterday. I know a fee years ago some would also close yhe day after Easter but I dont think any are.
