When was the last time Connecticut got more than a foot of snow during the holidays ?
I clearly remember winter of 2010 when Hartford was slammed with 26” in December right after Christmas.

So far BDR has a low of 70 today. If it does not go below 70 before midnight, it will tie the "record high low" for the date, set in 2010. It's not near the "latest in the year" low of 70 or more as it occurred several times in October in 2005, 2017 and 2018 (latest such date is a low of 70 on October 11, 2018).

Lost the second low (Thu-Fri) that was supposed to come through, now it's just a big dry slot. Enjoy the 1-2 inches of rain on Wednesday... it'll be nice to get moisture levels up but not to put a dent in the drought totals.

The slow fronts and the rains moving south to north always bring a decent amount

Time to make up for a lost September

Loop past 4hrs. The arrow icons in MA are showing the wind damage reports of trees/wires down.

Bridgeport & Willimantic with a 45mph+ gust.
Blue Hill, MA 60mph+.
Mt Washington 95mph+.

Cold Front pushing through. So refreshing behind it!! Fall is coming again.

Didn’t seem like that much rain. I’d be surprised if we cracked an inch. Heaviest precip stayed west.
