My heat just turned on this morning!

With all the cool days in late April / early May-how can it be, that the meteorological spring just concluded, was the 10th warmest on record for Boston?

Boston was very different from Bridgeport having more above normal temps. But even Bridgeport ended up 8th warmest Spring on record. Lolol.

So ask yourself this....... Just imagine a Top 10 coldest Spring how many times we would use our heat.

And then hope that we continue to have warmth because of the oil and gas prices out there now. Warming is a great thing for everyone!

It was on "cool" until yday and never turned on. When I saw my indoor temps drop to 72 yday, I switched it to "heat"...which has a setting of 70, and therefore turned on this morning.

The western zone rains striking again. Gloom & Doom all day here in SWCT and another day of rain fall. Over 10 inches past 8 weeks

Look at Eastern CT.. Looks sunny and drying out even more. It's gonna be a dividing state of drought/no drought. lol

I need a break from all the rain past 2 months!

2.2 hrs of sun so far this June.

Another 0.97" into the books
1.48" for June already

4.93" since May 1st
10.52" since April 1st
20.61" for the year

A common thing to do around here... dumping the rain gauge...

Here's a look at how much sun I've gotten since March 1st. 2.2hrs past 2 days.

Hard to get 3 full sunny days in a row (morning to evening) but we did it May 29,30,31.

Mid March-End of March was dismal. April looks ok but not consistent. May looks dismal too

I'll let you analyze the rest.

No wonder I'm so depressed this year
