Wind Alert:

Look at the High Pressure to our West and the Low pressure to our North moving by. Get ready for some Tropical Storm force wind gusts! Enjoy that warm sun meanwhile.

What they are is very approximate. The scale is way too big for any accuracy.

Default Buoy Readings

I'm interested in seeing the changes in the readings after 3pm. Things are so calm right now.

Here's NANTUCKET's link.

Look at those 50s filter in. Hope the winter haters are enjoying it. Reagan National is at 66, warmest since Nov. 23rd... Record is 73.

Regarding the winds: Airports will have delays tonight so plan accordingly.

Now 70 at Reagan National. Warmest since Oct. 28th.

Last edited by Cambium; 02-14-2011 at 12:37 PM.. Reason: Reagan national Update

They are saying 40s/50s with maybe a 60 on the southern end.

Where are your forecasts from?

8 days ago I made that forecast: Looks like I was only 24 hours off:

Maybe mother nature is not a winter fan either.

Take a look at the Isobars right now....how tight they are getting! Hold onto your hats!

P.S - Tomorrow makes 50 consecutive days of constant snow pack. Does anyone know the record?
