That means if a cop stops a jaywalker and the jaywalker runs, that makes him a criminal who is a threat to the community??? And since he's a threat, that means under the law he can be shot by the police???

Criminal cops and their shills think they are above the law. If it wasn't for the video evidence, this criminal cop would certainly have walked. He might still walk. The justice system is really a big happy family of judges, prosecutors and police working together.
