The Banditos have a presence in the prison system and I believe they are considered a prison gang in the State of Texas to some degree. Either way, they definitely can fall in with one of the "white" prison gangs. Being locked up might be aggravating to their "ride free on the open road" mentality, but let us not kid ourselves here: they are a criminal organization that does not give a hoot about anything. Period. Unlike black, Hispanic, and in some cases, white, street gangs outlaw bikers don't join up to "protect" themselves nor are they forcefully recruited to maintain ranks. They may not even come from broken homes or the "ghetto/trailer park": they attract people who simply do not care about anything to begin with except for taking care of business. That is why they call themselves "1%ers". They live to take care of business, which they surely can do from within the prison walls.
The lawyers will try to get them to rat and turn State's evidence against their organization, which won't happen as the penalty for doing so will certainly result in a death sentence. Being executed by their own organization is not so much the issue as another year they are still alive is another year they figure they got lucky. What is worst is the dishonor to their name that would come with the execution.
It sounds like most of you get your knowledge of Bikers from watching idiot TV like Sons of Anarchy. LOL You do not know the difference between TV fantasy and real life.
Jax, is that you? Are you really SAMCRO? On a more serious note, just where exactly do you get your (mis)information?

Just a rumor. If they did that they might kill a few cops before the rest barricaded their stations and told everyone else to stay home and out of uniform. Gov. Abbott would declare martial law and have the Texas national guard (which is larger than the entire militraies of many nations) detaining anyone wearing a club jacket. After a few days of that there wouldn't be any bikers left trying to do that.
Don't be ridiculous. No one is gonna declare martial law suppressing 25 million people cuz stupid bikers are making trouble with the cops.
Consider the group.....The Bandidos were founded by 36 year old dockworker Donald Chambers in March 1966 in Houston, Texas. He named the club in honor of the Mexican bandits who lived by their own rules and he recruited members from biker bars locally in Houston as well as in Corpus Christi, Galveston, and San Antonio.
Cossacks.......are a group of predominantly East Slavic people who became known as members of democratic, semi-military communities.
Scimitars.........sounds like these guys are just trying to fit in somewhere.
I don't remember who said it, but someone in law enforcement in California said that "anytime two or more people get together, it's considered to be a gang, regardless what they are doing" and that's probably true. You and your friends could be the "study gang" or the "recipe gang" -- but whatever you and your friends are doing, you are a gang by definition.
You probably have a problem with CRIMINAL gangs, not just gangs in general.

See little do you know! Why speak about people you really don't know about their lives? Have you been around any or just watch tv?
