Split the difference between these mid-60s days and typical summer days of mid-90s, and I could go for around 80 degrees year-round.

Indeed... I was caught offguard by a random POS lightningt strike. I thought somebody was taking pictures outside until the thunder rocked my butt.

Hope the rain helps refill the area lakes, even if just a little bit! Looking at national radar, it looks like the area has got/is getting a decent amount of rain.
