In the middle of August, you can have days where the high temp is 75 f.

Denver, itself, no. up along the front range near Boulder, they can see Hurricane-force winds at times.

It can get windy when there are blizzards present. Otherwise, most of the wind is near the foothills and up towards Wyoming.

If religion were different many would like UT climate. I would maybe Mormons aren't so bad?
