Had lunch and ephedrine at noon and I'm skipping dinner today. I did a total fast Friday and Saturday this weekend.

18 hour fast again yesterday - definitely the new normal. Minor medical issues with the husband, so we both spent the day in bed. Holy exhausting! But I did at least do my pull up exercises, slowly getting back into those. One of these days I'll be successful!

Just keep on keepin' on doing the same things I normally do during the week.
Only thing I changed is that I now remove the skin from my Cheap Chicken thighs and breasts, cutting the calories by 50% or more.
I haven't noticed any difference in how I feel from this. When my eating window closes, I'm full and I'm not at all hungry this morning.

Lo and behold... it's Thursday morning and I'm sitting a pound above my record low, despite having a free day last Saturday.
Lost more than 2/3's of the weight I gained and it's not even Friday yet.
On my current regimen I've lost a couple of pounds or more between Thursday night and Saturday morning every time.

If I can take a free day every week without gaining, I will be one happy camper. Gotta reach my goal weight first.

Down 4 lbs. this morning, so damage undone. Stress really is the culprit when it comes, for me, to turning to the food. Smelled gas yesterday and had felt sick and had headaches for a week. Called the gas company and they shut off both my hot water tank and kitchen stove. Gas guy said his meter showed enough CO2 to have killed me. Fine now. And the stove is new. Problem with the oven.

Yes, thank you, I am. Breakfast was Grape Nuts, raisins, almond milk, wheat toast with sugar free peanut butter and soy margarine. Cold coffee. Repair guys coming soon to fix or replace the appliances.

You're right: vegan/OMAD rather than keto/OMAD. Not all three.

Good... the whole vegan / OMAD / low carb thing would be very difficult for even the most disciplined person.
I can't remember the last time I had Grape Nuts, but I recall that they tasted good and were very filling.

Yeah, just a cup. Let them soak a bit in the almond milk. I didn't add Stevia because the raisins are sweet. Also good with bananas or unsweetened pineapple or strawberries.
