22 hour fast yesterday. Then tried a new recipe - a thai peanut chicken wrap. It was good, but not great. Needed more peanut butter flavoring. I'll try again!
Dinner was an apple, cheddar + ham pita, smothered in brown mustard. Flippin' delicious!
Lunch today is a wrap filled w/ apple, blueberry, cheddar and broccoli slaw. Fingers crossed for yumminess!
18 hour fast yesterday. Crashed last night, I think I need to get back to my 'normal' diet for daytimes. I do much better on a routine. And I can leave the creativeness for dinner.
I heard somewhere - if you fall off the wagon, so-to-speak, check to see what had been different. Routine foods, that's what has been different. And exercise, I'm just getting back into that.
The kid's birthday is next week, so there will be lots of non-routine stuff. Better get myself back into my routine now!
I'm still sitting a pound above last weeks record, but Friday's usually the day when things happen.
After last week's big loss, anything under 189.7 would be a win.
20 hour fast yesterday. It was a wonky day, and included game night. But I managed to stop eating by 7 pm! As a result, today should be my first 16 hour fast after a game night. Woot!

Oh ye of little faith (meaning me).
188.5 this morning.
16 hour fast yesterday. And I got a lot of errands done as well. Phew!
Snow day (again) today. Sigh ... is it spring yet?
