16:8 yesterday - fasted from 7 pm - 11 am, then ate from 11 am - 7 pm.

I didn't want to stress myself out with my preferred 18:6 after my 500 calorie fast day. And this morning I'm at the lowest weight I am comfortable at, so Super Bowl weight is now gone!

I'm not going to do the 500 calorie fast days normally. I think I'll just keep them in my back pocket as an option to offset those big calorie events. Valentine's Day next Thursday, so Friday is a perfect day for my next one.

I'm getting boring... OMAD every day.
The only differences now are the 600 calorie Mondays and Wednesdays and 48 hr fasts Thursday PM to Saturday PM.

16:8 yesterday - I had a lot of small meals planned and some errands to run in the afternoon, so that was the best way to fit it all in without feeling like I was eating merely to consume food....

Hoping for an 18 hour fast today and 20 hours tomorrow.

Anyone else's life gets in the way of their eating window? I do 18:6. I break my fast at 12. But cant eat a lot because im still at work, I pick my kids up at 3, we head straight to the gym, I will work out and afterwards we go climbing and practice basketball...we are usually home around 4:45 then im cooking and helping with homework. I have another meal at 5:30 and try to graze until 6. im guestimating my caloric intake is only about 1200. Definitely not enough to support my workout.

I don't eat at all while I'm at work and I go to the gym today at the same time you do.
It's working out quite well.

You do one meal a day? Im not sure i could do that. I wake up at 5 and im definitely hungry by noon, i dont want to eat all my calories or food in one meal because i want my kids to recognize what a healthy portion is.

OMAD on Monday thru Thursday.
600 calories on Monday and Wednesday.
Low carb on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.
48 hr fast Thursday PM to Saturday PM.
Sunday is low carb but not OMAD... a very minor "cheat".

I've been losing weight steadily doing this.
I think the weekday OMAD is going to be a permanent thing.
Like going low carb, it's turned out to be very easy.
