17.5 hour fast yesterday - I was pretty hungry and faced with breaking 30 minutes early, or waiting another 1.5 hours. I went with the break. It worked out well for me.

Last night's taco salad was fantastic!

Take out for dinner with the kid tonight - yum....

ONLY black coffee? Mine at home is not good. Perhaps I will get the cold brew one.

You still want to eat but black coffee suppresses appetite. Its easily accessible at work. We usually have reps drop food off at the office but when they don't and i'm too lazy to go out i will just drink coffee until i find time to eat a proper meal.

When I'm doing 600 calories, I must have hard boiled eggs. They're filling, but only 78 calories each.
I usually put them on my salad and use Walden Farms French dressing, which has zero calories.

Thank you Eaton! Your posts are inspirational, that is why i am doing this. Thank you!

I haven't seen your post yet from yesterday, how are you doing?

When you mentioned eggs, my thought flickered to porridge. It is filling for me too. Thank you!

So, coffee, eggs, and porridge.

Also, you mentioned that you are doing 3 days of fasting. How is that for you? Is that too much? And how fast is the loss?

Hi KitKat...
I don't post in this thread every day because I tend to do the same stuff during the week.
So, I did the same thing I always do. Since yesterday was Tuesday, it was an OMAD day, low carb but not 600 cals.

I had:
A grilled chicken sandwich with low carb bread, garlic butter, mayo, american cheese & lettuce.
Bowl of cauliflower with butter.
Bowl of Raspberries with Whipped Cream (which is mostly air).
A small cup (like those things they put shrimp sauce in) of peanuts.

No hard boiled eggs yesterday, but I'll have some tonight because it's a 600 calorie day.

Yesterday I had three coffees (I can't drink mine black so there go some calories), one Healthy Choice meal (180 calories) and a 100 cal pack of chips. (Plus I had a snack the night before.) = 680 plus I did 10K steps.

Fasting Thursday.
