Well, that went a lot better. It looks like it's going to be OMAD from now on.
I weighed myself when I got home. I just tied my all time low.

After dinner, I'll be going on a two day fast until Saturday niight.
It'll be interesting to see where I end up...

Yesterday was a 23:1, ate dinner at 5:30.

This week I have been trying 23:1 my usual IF is to eat 1st meal at 10 last meal at 5 ish

also LCHF( low carb high fat) close to zero for bread, pasta and rice and other processed grains but I do eat smallish servings of some starchy veggies

I have about 20 more pounds to go then I will adjust a bit. I'm great at gaining weight, pretty good with losing, bad with the maintenance part.

21:3 yesterday. Fasted from 7 pm - 4 pm, and then ate from 4-7 pm. I only intended a 20 hour fast, but I worked a bit late. Got home with just 15 minutes left until a 21 hour fast so just went with it. Dinner out last night was fun!

Game night tonight! Aiming for a 20 hour fast, but then I'll probably munch for the next 8 hours. Yum....

Tuesday may have been the end of lunch. I've been thinking about switching to OMAD and this may be the time to do it.
We'll see how I feel around lunchtime.
I find it MUCH easier to workout fasted. First thing in the morning (well ... second thing, after some coffee!) If I wait until I open up my feeding window and try to exercise, I just don't have the same amount of strength or energy. Of course, it also might just be that I have more energy in the mornings....

I was skeptical about how it would go until I went to the Y three times during my 6-day Christmas mega-fast.
Felt really good every time I did it then and every time since, so I'm going OMAD all the time now.

I'm sitting right on my record low of 197.1 right now and I'm 12 hrs into a 48 hr fast... nothing until Saturday night.
Obviously, there's going to be a new record tomorrow AM.

Great job eaton!

21:5 yesterday. Fasted from 7 pm thru 4 pm, and then ate from 4-9 pm. Brunch with Mom and the kids at 11 today, so only a 14 hour fast. But that's okay with me. I'm really happy I didn't eat until 11 last night! Progress, not perfection. I have no control over the chips + salsa....

Let's see - I fasted from 9 pm - 11 am yesterday, so that's a 14 hour fast. Then ate from 11 am - 6 pm, so a 7 hour feeding window.

14:7 yesterday. Bring on that Super Bowl! (Go Pats!)

OMAD today.

Out of bed at 6 AM, first meal started at 5:30 pm and finished at 5:52 pm.

I feel great when I do OMAD.

Plan to do 18:6 tomorrow - unless - I watch the Superbowl at 6:30 AM in the morning and have beers for breakfast.

Sunday was 18:9 IF - fast from 6 pm through 12 noon, and then ate from 12 - 9 pm. I ate twice my usualy calories during the Super Bowl festivities and loved each and every one of them! It was purposeful, not mindless. And I don't have any regrets. So. Much. Cheese!

And Hip Hip Hooray for the Pats win!

I've decided to incorporate 5:2 IF into my schedule now and then and yesterday was my first 500 calorie day. I fasted from 9 pm - 5 pm, and then ate 553 calories from 5-7 pm (so 20:2 IF). Regular day today - I'm aiming for either a 16 or 18 hour fast depending on how I feel. So far, I feel great!
