My low calorie fasting days usually include a protein shake, an apple w/ peanut flour, and a 250 ish calorie dinner. I aim for as much protein as possible....

I see an opportunity to lose big here, so I'm really watching it.
I might fast 48 hrs Friday and Saturday. We'll see how it goes.
A number that begins with 18 is not out of the realm of possibility...

This is my first week on 5:2, and I am actually feeling lighter. I don't feel as bloated and my muscle seems to "open up" . It is amazing. I still do have the urge to stuff myself and I have to drink a lot of water to get over that.
19 hour fast yesterday. Tried to snack for dinner to get rid of some food in the fridge - bad call. I snacked my way into 1000 extra calorie for the day.
Oh well, It's my Happy Anniversary weekend. Not gonna stress it! (but I will try to remember it!)
In the morning before work I walked to gym and back, only 22 minutes total, but did 15 minutes of pre and post fasted cardio for 15 minutes at a HBP topping at 141.
Then went to work. I ate my first meal 7.5 hours later.
