Dang, my cars are SHINY.

Nothing so far today.
I'd like to go to Steak n Shake and have the Burger n Cheese Pile known as a 7x7.
Don't know if I'm gonna make it, though... so I might be having turkey.

Yesterday was just shy of a 20 hour fast. Even with that I woke up and was a little up on the scale, not how I wanted to go into Easter Sunday, but it is what it is.

Over did it on the carbs today, thus the scale shows me up even more tonight. I had a slice of raspberry strudel, a deviled egg, a few jelly beans at lunch, and then dinner was turkey, twice stuffed potatoes, asparagus, a Hawaiian roll, and strawberry trifle for dessert.

I'm going to do an OMAD tomorrow to help things get back on track. I'm not guilty, it could have been much, much worse.

Happy Easter everyone!

Did my OMAD duty and got my 7x7... plus two skinny fries and three spoonfuls of chili.

23 hour fast yesterday and a pleasant family dinner for Easter. A nice day, and the kids all had fun!

Doctor appointment today to talk about my blood work....

16 hour fast on Monday - and a cheat day! Off the rails cheat day, but I do need to pack a couple of extra pounds on.

18 hour fast yesterday, and went over a bit due to lack of sleep and therefore willpower. Weighed in at 4 pounds gained from the holiday weekend and cheat, which is decent and acceptable.

Now I'm just aiming to just get myself back on track, and off of 'added sugars' again....

18:6 yesterday. For some reason I was super hungry and wanting to snack. I think the little bit of Easter candy I had after lunch in my eating window messed me up. I'm going to stick to my dessert after dinner. I seem to have less issues when I eat dessert then.

I'm doing an OMAD today. Lost all of the extra Easter weight I temporarily gained. Just trying to keep my maintainance buffer.

18 hour fast yesterday. Had sushi for dinner last night, loaded up with ginger - so delightfully yummy!

25 hour fast yesterday. Easy peasy. I so do better on the OMAD days, then I do on the 18:6 days.

Today I met hubby for lunch, we had a Greek spinach salad and a slice of pizza each. I've been craving pizza, hopefully now the craving will have been satisfied. I've already walked two miles, looking to get in another four tonight. Big rain coming tomorrow, I may not be able to walk, we'll see.

Mmm ... pizza! I found a couple of yummy pizzas at Aldi this week. It might just have to be dinner tonight!

18 hour fast yesterday, and a good day overall. I think I'm coming down with a cold, I'm probably a bit run down from the lack off sleep lately. Going to take it easy this weekend and rest up.

Endgame tickets purchased for Monday afternoon! Apparently it's 3 hours long, so I'm planning my snacks, too.

3 hours long, goodness! We rarely see movies in the theatre anymore, that's probably one reason why. I'd need to get up for the restroom at least twice. 😂

Smaller fast yesterday. 16:8. Looking to get in an 18 one today, and it's looking like an OMAD tomorrow as we're off to Idaho yet again, this time for some shopping at Costco. We'll grab lunch when we're over there and that'll be it for the day.

Huge thunder storm this morning, windy as all get out. I had to retrieve some things of ours that had blown all over our property. We planted four berry plants yesterday evening, raspberries, blackberries, loganberries, and our favorite boysenberries. Hopefully next year we'll be eating berries like crazy. 🤤
