Duluth is not growing.
It hasn't grown in decades.

The only demographic that is increasing is the 65 and over.
retirement.

Duluth will never be a hot bed for web design.

[quote=duluthian2008;2077161 I am still eager to know how Duluth is continuing to grow! Thanks![/quote]

Just looking online and saw this interesting find! Turns out the Verizon Wireless building on Maple Grove Road will be getting a remodel. The building is currently for sale, but Verizon will be remodeling no matter what. Included is a rendering. It's pretty nice!

Anybody know what's going into the old Stewarts Bike Shop? Heavy exterior remodeling and parking lot work has been taking place over the past couple of weeks. Looks like very extensive work being done.

Seen lots going on at the old talabits store. Anyone know what might go there? Do you think the BBQ pit would go in the mall where great american was?

A friend of mine told me that Anytime Fitness was moving into that spot.

I really hope that Dickey's is NOT going where Great American was. That site has much more potential! It needs something a little more classy than Dickey's.

Well, I checked out the new Walgreens. One thing is for sure, it's certainly the flagship store. The pharmacy area is the largest I've seen and the store itself is very open with high gloss, dark tile floors. I know it's just a Walgreens, but I'm impressed!

Wow I'll have to check it out next time I'm up!

Looks like progress is being made quickly on the new Walgreens on the corner of Kenwood and Arrowhead. I am really excited to see this store being it features the new modern design. It has some similar characteristics to the photo found in the link below.

Did construction actually start on this Walgreen's? Is it going where the Spur station is or the empty lot across Arrowhead?
