They're on the LWNJ sites getting their talking points and spin in order for tomorrow.

Everyone talks about how the unions negotiate fat paychecks and pensions that states don't have anymore. Yet everyone somehow forgets the reason why states don't have anymore. It's because they have no economy anymore, and that's because corrupt investors used our banking institutions as casinos.

But that's worst of it: estimates vary, but all agree that corporate-backed Walker outspent union-backed Barrett by a massive margin. The estimates range from a minimum of a 2-1 spending advantage, and the Daily Kos has that advantage as much as 10-1. If you don't buy Daily Kos - and nobody says you have to - then fair enough, but even if you don't, a 2 or 3-1 advantage makes it obvious that the Citizens United and the tactics of the right are turning this country's political system over to the super elite.

Right now, that's nothing more than tears in democrat beer. In time, though, I suspect people who now support the likes of Walker will be drinking some pretty hard whiskey themselves and wondering what in God's name ever possessed them to vote for a party that is taking the political system out of the hands of voters and into the hands of gilds.
Give me a break.

Yeah, Walker spent a lot of money to fight the recall. So did Barrett and the unions. And don't forget the 15 months of free press the left got by staging raucous demonstrations, generating the idiotic "Occupy" movement and otherwise causing a stir. You lefties had a full, complete and total opportunity to take your case to the people of Wisconsin regardless of the amount of money Walker and his allies spent.

Your ideas lost, because they are failed ideas and they suck. Stop trying to blame your unimaginative vision for the country and Wisconsin on Citizen's United.

Maybe you and the Democrats should look at avoiding prolonged temper tantrums, taking a shower more often than every 2 weeks, dialing down the rhetoric, and actually taking a serious approach to the issues facing us.

Walker had Chuck Norris; it was never a fair fight.

Nah. This has national consequences. Why do you think that every national news outlet were there this week?

Besides, many people wanted to see Ed Schultz and the rest of the socialist lefties cry on air!

But, but, but...aren't rich hedge fund managers the current target of the Democratic hate campaign? Or are they back "in style" now that Obama is desperate for money?

But wait!

I clearly remember the headlines right here announcing Walker had been defeated, Walker's going down, Walker's gone, Walker's history.

Are you saying that didn't happen, in spite of all that hotair?
