Republicans should start donating to sanders election campaign.

I would love to see him and Hillary on a stage during a debate.

Well, it isn't "Democratic," therefor, "Democrat." Besides, you don't refer to the Republican Party as the "Republicanic Party," do you?

you are right, it is referred to by people who know the language, as the Democrat party. Democrat is a noun or name; democratic is an adjective, even I know that much.

Otherwise she would be stale by the time we get to this time next year, but sanders is still a socialist (or worse) and will have trouble raising money or get his agenda across. Add to this,he will be 75 in November 2016. And some people think Hillary is pushing it a little. It is time for the new guys, the young faces, and the young ideas to take over.
I got news for you nmita. No liberal takes MSNBC seriously. Unlike a typical Republican voter who most likely religiously watches Fox News, the average liberal voter does not watch MSNBC at all. Most of the Democratic Party base doesn't even watch mainstream news, period. Stop projecting

Any Democratic candidate that slings dirt Hillary's way without the usual "right-winger shaming" has my support!

This same scenario took place in 2012. Herman Cain and Rick Santorum were the ideological favorites of the candidates, and they made Mitt Romney look bad to the traditional base by making him look like a moderate. In the end, he never really recovered from that; the base wasn't excited. I can see Sanders doing the same thing to Hillary. He most likely won't get the nomination, but he'll create doubts about Clinton in the minds of loyal Democrats. That's great news for Republicans!

Interesting that an avowed socialist would be able to easily mix into the Democratic party. And not be it's most far left member either.

actually its you guys on the left that constantly don't understand definitions

democratic.... a FORM of government... a WAY of government...a TYPE of government...democracy

the party of the democrats...the democrats... a political party

the fact is, it is the democrat party.... that is the PROPER term

you are describing the name of a party...not a type of government

Odd, Bernie claims over and over that he isn't a Democrat, that he is an independent, but here he is running as a Democrat.

I would be far more willing to vote for a Sanders (I) than a Sanders (D).

This is the problem with Bernie Sanders. He talks a good game but has absolutely no principles.

actually most databases have Bernie listed as D,I,S...... democrat/independent /socialist (sometimes a democratic socialist)
