Actually, even those 3 weren't classified. They had the (C) markings that indicated the possibility of them being marked classified pending review. That is why the Document was not Stamped Classified as is required per the Documents Marking rules. Basically makes those 3 "nonpaper". Comey was demonstrating what has become something very rare these days, a Republican with Integrity.
110 emails were classified, and Comey says that Clinton should have known that.
But nice try, anyway.
At the time Hillary sent or received them? I haven't seen evidence of that presented. But I tend to look into factual sources so maybe I "missed" something.
Hmmmm, let's see here. One is a moron with regards to technology while the other one is a moron about foreign policy, world economics, congress, and the constitution. Hmmmm, who to vote for, .
Boy that's a tough one,........not.
Trump's not a moron about those things, he's just never dealt with their workings. Which is where Hillary was at, at one time, since she wasn't born with the knowledge of that. Except for the part about world economics - Trump clearly knows more than Hillary.
There's a huge difference between not having been exposed to something, and catching up when you are, and having been exposed to something (technology) and still not having a clue how it works. One speaks to experience, the other to brain power.
None means "zero", not three. "Which have now" means it was changed after the fact. "Reclassified", meaning it was classified.
So yes, some (at least 3) were marked classified at the time.
But they were phone call appointments, which are marked classified automatically, and then demoted after the appointment. The fact that someone should have declassified them is an important distinction.
It doesn't matter because the cop killings in Dallas conveniently took the Hillary Clinton story off the front page.
Conveniently? Why would you use such a term in this case?
I can sense your terrible disappointment that the deaths of these officers are getting in the way of your political witch hunt. How inconsiderate of them.
On a lying scale of 1 to 10, with G W Bush and Cheney being a 10, Hillary Clinton ranks about 2 or 3 and Trump is about 7 or 8. Most of the 'Lying Hillary' BS is Trump campaign and GOP talking points and fodder for right-wing crackpots. There has never been a GOP president in my lifetime who was not a calculated liar so the righteous indignation from the GOP is simply another lie in itself. There's plenty of lying to go around in politics but Trump and the GOP are unabashed and willful liars. It is part of their strategy.

Factual sources like the official FBI Press Release good enough?
From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.

Actually, Trump has demonstrated his ignorance about world economics when he's proposing trade sanctions - he clearly doesn't understand that trade is a two way street and sanctions or punitive penalties tend to invite retaliatory actions.
He also lacks any awareness of tact and diplomacy - which are an essential part of negotiating complicated agreements between nations.
Trump also shows no inclination to learn or take advice from others.
That's the trifecta.
