Reading here and elsewhere on the 'net.... A strongly Christian gay Democrat from flyover country has triggered the Trump evangelicals so hard they are speaking in tongues. "Christian Democrat from Indiana who is homosexual? Why that can't be, I don't undestand, what? I uh ahh googooleeahbooboobah..."
Democrats don't want him because he's Gay (they are loath to admit it)
Republicans do want him because he's Gay
Take "Gay" out of it and he's certainly the least crazed and most appealing of the Democrat candidates out there. By far.
Maybe I haven't been paying attention, but I have not heard too much controversy over him being gay. I think it could actually be an asset. Democrats elected the first black President. Now they would like to have the first woman President, but first openly gay president would be just as good. Any bigots who would not support a gay president weren't ever going to vote Democrat anyway.

I keep saying. He's the Democrat's best chance at beating Trump. There aren't many Democrats who will say that.
what does that have to do with you not understanding the words you use.
Im not even agreeing with the guy you are debating, but the fact you side stepped it is interesting.
Why are you giving credence to someone whose argument is to accuse someone of a LSD trip? That's messed up. Of course we know you completely ignore that with your outrage.
Most swing states have elected an openly gay person at the federal or state level.
Examples? Are these statewide seats or fed/state seats that are voted by a subset of state voters within a specific region (for example, a US Rep).
