Liberals find money to feed babies, put a roof over their heads, etc. I just said I'd also consider more active government funding of the adoption option. It is conservatives that fight to prevent or reduce government money to take care of the needs of babies born into poor households at risk of not being able to provide the basics.

By fight, you mean we don't support the same level of spending as liberals who will always propose higher spending.

You can't prove any baby born would starve. You want to shift blame to pro lifers for other people's decision to abort.

Americans pay a ton of taxes so to act like there is no money to take care of babies is absurd.

Also many liberal policies keep people poor such as their support for illegal immigration which takes jobs, suppresses wages

Isn't it ironic how those supporting choice are here.

Think about it.

Why in the world did a thread about Mayor Pete and his position on the electoral college turn into an abortion discussion??

Speaking of the Constitution, what do you think about Buttgig's backdoor attempt to ban Thomas Jefferson?

Never thought of it like that. If you divided a state like Florida into its 67 counties and said that each county was 1 vote for a statewide office like Governor, would it be fair to give Dade County only 1 vote and a more sparsely populated county (Lake) the same 1 vote as Dade?

Does anyone know of other countries in the world that elects their leader via an Electoral College? I'm curious!
