Nazi Guard shoot in the air but some bastards shoot civilians. It's not surprising because most of Nazi Guard are from Right Sector.
The shooter apparently wanted to make a scene, but he couldn't take it as the persons died. AND he was a bad shooter, so it indicates that it wasn't anyone from the Right Sector but a random maniac.

Have any of you ever fired a AK-74? I have, as a derivate of it is our service rifle. And you can kill all of those people in that video. And the rifle is deadly accurate. Why did that gunman shoot only 3 people? If he were a Right Sector activist he would know that weapon by heart and dropped 20 people at least. You hear 21 shots from 6 minutes forward, and he kills 3 people. WHY?

Because they shot in the air. And AK-74 can fire with single shots, forget?
"Right branch" - informal right-wing extremist group, bringing together activists of a number of Ukrainian nationalist ("country-specific") right-wing organizations.
The leader of the "Right sector" is Dmitry Yarosh, the head of the Ukrainian nationalist organization "Trident"
In the "Right branch" includes such extremist organization as the party "Freedom"(Tyagnibok),"Patriots of Ukraine"(Social national Assembly), "White hammer", football ultras and other far-right organizations.
Although opposition leaders (even Tyagnibok) tried to distance themselves from the radicals and was originally named them provocateurs, to refuse their services they could not - it is the "Right branch" the backbone of the Maidan, along with the "self-Defense Maidan" was performing functions of environmental protection (both external and public order), without his participation was indispensable for the provision of shares outside the Maidan. The leaders of the "Right sector, however, relatively long time kept in the background, away from public policy - according to experts, this is because initially "Right branch" was a rather artificial grouping incompatible forces, between which systematically conflicts occurred. On the Maidan they joined radical views, and after the New year is also a common source of funding (in this regard, mentioned one of the Ukrainian oligarchs, and Petro Poroshenko).
In the new structure of the Ukrainian authorities "Right branch" claimed a special role in the power block, and Dmitry Yarosh declared the intention to participate in the presidential elections and calls himself a "commander in chief" "Right sector"
on March 22, 2014 at a closed conference in Kiev, it was decided to convert the "Right branch" in the political party "in the legal basis and staff of the party Ukrainian national Assembly (UNA-UNSO), which was renamed the party "Right branch"

Why the national guard and the Right-sector not roll kids on the tanks and not take pictures with them?
Can something they feel?
Or can the children what you feel?
I did not see the video or know what they are talking about, but yes, the AK-74; basically the same as the 47, but fires a smaller catridge. The AK-74 is the main rifle the Russian army uses.
Whether this is what the poster actually meant I have no idea.
