This white culture is not easy to define it varies even within California where I live it shows up in various forms in my state beach culture, redneck culture, etc. and most people spouting off about white culture in California come across really ignorant.
I wouldn't define it as "even in California."
California is rather an exception to the common rule, since it's so racially (and sometimes "ambiguously") mixed. That's an impression that I've got after visiting California, and my guess would be that by now Texas might get the same feel ( but I wouldn't know for sure, since I've never been there.)
However the East Coast would immediately give you the vibe of the difference between the "White" and "Black" cultures. Not to mention the Mid-West.
No they probably can't, (initially that is) but two-three generations down the line these people become the "mainstream White Americans." (That is if they are "white" of course.)
Which means they've become culturally Anglo. Kind of like how non-Spanish white immigrants in Argentina have become culturally Hispanic. That includes lots of Italians and a considerable number of Germans, as well as others.

Yes it's true, since America after all is based on *modified* British culture. With an exception of California may be lately, lol)))))

White culture in the south has been heavily influenced by black culture.
Mid West culture is about as boring as one can get even their food is disgusting no seasoning I base this on the many potlucks I've had over the years the more white bread the culture the more disgusting the food.
There's also white Hispanic culture in the USA. One hotspot is Miami where Cubans have retained a lot of the culture and language. And of course, the white cultures of other distinct white enclaves.
Though culture may be lost among immigrant descendants, imho, the cultural frame of reference and oftentimes ethnic identity can remain.

As in?...

That's already a different subject, as much "white bread" food lol)))
Nw Europe is sort of the epitome of whiteness and the standard used to compare other regions of Europe to in order to evaluate whiteness, in terms of phenotype, culture, and shared experience. In all 3 aspects, my own people differ. That collective narrative in particular (e.g., colonialism, slavery) is problematic because it's emphatically not my people's history.
My issue with this is it's basically a form of self-hate for those who aren't NW European and wish to base their identity on whiteness. There is no unity of whites in Europe, and nor should there be. Rather, every ethnicity should have its own identity and separate culture. They less we try to become enmeshed in this artificial concept of whiteness, the better off we'll be in preserving what actually makes us unique.
NW. Europe might have some of the highest frequency of blondism and rufosity in the world. So racial supremacists based "whiteness" on those aspects, but that doesn't make them right! the justification for colonialism and slavery were linked to that fact. America was not the only country where racism, slavery, colonialism took place. Though it is more advertized. People thought they were more "superior" to others who were different. However this concept is slowly dying out, there are much more tolerant and intelligent/rational people today.

So what? Do you have a problem with Black people. I believe they greatly enriched American culture. Actually there is no group that has been oppressed the way, Black Americans have and to have attained the level of achievement they did in such a short time.

Dearest Saxonwold, what is "right" and what's "wrong" is a different question all together, however America is not a stranger to Eugenics, the idea of which originally comes from... you've guessed it - Great Britain actually.
